Cendara Bank protects every account with server-side controls, private document handling, fraud monitoring and a complete audit trail.
Decisions are made on the server
Transfers, card issuance, identity decisions and fraud handling all run server-side. Nothing important can be changed from the browser, whatever a page is showing.
You only ever see your own records
Access rules are enforced at the database level and scoped to your account, so a request for someone else's data returns nothing.
Identity documents stay private
Uploads go to private storage readable only by you and the compliance reviewers handling your application, through short-lived links.
Unusual activity is flagged
Large transfers and rapid bursts of activity raise an alert for the fraud desk, which can clear it or confirm it. You can see your own alerts too.
Staff powers are separated
Support, compliance and administrator permissions are held separately from your profile and checked on every sensitive action.
Nothing happens off the record
Reviews, card control changes and transfers are written to an audit trail with the person responsible, the record touched, and the time.
