By opening an account, you consent to receive disclosures, statements, notices and other communications electronically. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support, though paper delivery may incur a fee.

Account Disclosures

Cendara Bank accounts are subject to approval, daily transfer limits and applicable fees described in your account agreement. Interest rates and annual percentage yields are variable and may change at any time without notice.

Transfers post immediately to your Cendara Bank accounts and cannot be reversed through the customer interface. Please confirm all details before sending money.

Identity & KYC

Federal law requires us to verify the identity of every account holder. You may be asked for your name, date of birth, address, government-issued identification and a live photo or document scan. Applications are reviewed by trained compliance staff.

Limitation of Liability

Cendara Bank is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access that results from your failure to protect credentials, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal or tax advice.
